By taking part in this prize draw you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, then you should not take part in the prize draw. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the prize draw. We, Chatloop, recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the prize draw. Chatloop official is the promoter of this prize draw.
One winner will be selected to win a Travel Voucher, worth £500. The Prize is subject to availability. The Prize may not be exchanged for a cash value, nor is it transferable. The Prize is subject to winner(s) confirmation (i.e. Chatloop has been able to contact the winner(s) and has been able to confirm eligibility). Chatloop has the right to change, alter or withdraw the Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of Chatloop. Chatloop shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), Chatloop is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.
It is the winner’s responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize. Chatloop will send the chosen winner the Travel Voucher, and it is the winner’s responsibility to arrange and manage the holiday booking.
Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. Chatloop reserves the right to ask the winner to provide proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of Chatloop are not eligible to enter the prize draw. Chatloop reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.
Entrants can enter the prize draw by liking the @chatloopofficial Instagram post and dropping 10 loops on the Chatloop app. For one additional entry, entrants can tag their friends on the Instagram post. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Internet service providers’ fees may apply when accessing the internet.
The full competition shall run from Chatloop sharing the post on August 14th 2023 and a winner shall be selected on August 29th 2023 by which point the competition will be closed to further entries.
One winner shall be chosen at random from the list of entrants who have successfully dropped 10 loops and liked the Instagram post, as well as those that have tagged a friend. The decision of Chatloop is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of each winner (other than with the winners themselves). The winners will be notified via Email and/or Instagram DM and must respond within 24 hours. In the event that the winner does not communicate his/her acceptance of the Prize within the time scale provided, despite Chatloop’s reasonable efforts to contact them, Chatloop reserves the right to pick another winner (in accordance with the procedure set out in this section) and the original winner will be considered to have waived his/her right to the Prize.
It is the winners’ responsibility to: (i) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize; (ii) complete all stages of entry; (iii) provide accurate contact details; (iv) provide valid proof of age, which may be required to enter the prize draw; (v) adhere to local laws in the UK (vi) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of the event organiser. Chatloop will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
By taking part in the prize draw, entrants may be invited to participate in publicity at Chatloop’s request if they are a winner of the prize draw. Entrants agree that Chatloop (or any third party nominated by Chatloop) may in its sole discretion use their comments relating to the Prize and their experience for future prize draw, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party). Any use of images or other personal information that could identify entrants will be subject to the entrants’ consent. Chatloop reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
